Robert Mann Oriental Rugs

I spent a couple of days working on a project down in Denver at Robert Mann's rug wash and repair facility. On Friday he personally processed two items from my own collections of Yomuts (Bag face textile weavings). My suggestion is that if you have specialty type items, that are especially old and worth proper care, then he is your "Mann" for the project!

If he would have it, I would like to pass by on Tuesday and check out his place. I have about four hours to burn waiting for my brother to fly in, before we head up to go skiing.

Michael, your interest to meet him is precisely why, in part, we put on Rug Summits. Because it's where good people come together and share ideas to improve one's craft and business. Or, in other words as Robert Mann said to me over lunch Friday, "it's where you go to meet people and learn stuff." Virtual tour of his wash floor and dry room area. If you are a carpet cleaner in the greater Denver area, then you should consider developing a wholesale relationship with him. It will be more profitable then trying to set up your own whiz-bang facility. The "Mann" talent is already in place.

I had a chance to visit Roberts operation for a few hours on Tuesday, and have to say the operation is quite impressive.

Full rug service is what it should be called as these guys can do almost anything they need to to get a rug back to like new condition.

Robert's shop is like Disney land for rug cleaners or perhaps more of a Rug University.
The ARCS bio for the tour at the end of the month said this about us
"reputation for excellence that is the envy of many in the rug care world"
I really think this is more applicable to Robert Mann and his shop than my operation.
