Mike is 100% right, there is no need for adjustable rpm. Its a soft start motor and it runs at 144 rpm, it won't get away from you. There is no reason to have adjustable speed at this rpm.

Anyone can upgrade to the 3/4 hp motor any time. You do not need the 3/4 hp motor unless you have a setup like Mike with a Vortex and brush head on residential.

That said, if you want the 3/4, we can upgrade it after you win the auction.
