Mark was asked to correct this failing enhancer.

Looks like a topical mess to me , not an enhancer

    9 month old install, customer swears onlt the shown product was used.. 180501_110629_94.jpeg 180501_110629_93.jpeg 180501_110629_92.jpeg 180501_110629_91.jpeg 180501_110629_98.jpeg 180501_110629_97.jpeg 180501_110629_96.jpeg 180501_110629_95.jpeg 180501_110628_90.jpeg

To me it looks like too much was applied and it pooled in those areas. The product was not designed to be applied that thick and the solids are now flaking off.

    Great product used incorrectly

Enrich and seal is a 100% solids penetrant enhancing sealer.

Goes in, not on the stone.

Clearly states it right in diections

I actually have pretty much passed the buck and hope they don't call me to do this one....LOL...

Too much work and I know they won't want to pay big bucks for the time to fix....

Agreed Over applied. If leaving it with the customer the label mentions to use Aqua Mix Stone Deep Clean to get it off.
