Sisal cleaning and Dyeing

We clean a lot of Sisal (lucky I guess). We can usually get most spots out but usually lighten urine spots to where they are lighter than the rest of the rug. does anyone dye Sisal or know what the best dye would be to make dye repair more permanent.
