I have a Slate patio that has hard water around the edges and is sealed with a penetrating sealer. I acid cleaned a small area and removed the hard water. then put some TOG enhancer on it. Looks nice but left a slime on top. How can I clean the slate to remove enough of the sealer so I can enhance without leaving the slime on top?

Slate looks so nice when it is enhanced.

Thank you

So does all enhancer leave that crap on the top or is it because of the sealer not allowing it to go all the into the stone?

That should shred up a bonnet real nice.

Yes, most enhancers need to be buffed... so do clear sealers when applied properly.

On a 3 dimensional surface it may need to be hand buffed instead of machine buffed.

Would a microfiber cloth work if we have to hand buff all this slate? I need to make sure it's not slippery because it's on the patio.

Thank You

cool, I have a big pack from costco. They clean up easy too and don't clog up the lint filter in the dryer.

Than you for the info.
