I'm looking to get some office software to help run things. Does anyone have any opinions about what's good and bad?

In particular I'm looking into: Client Runner, Service CEO, Service Monster, InSite 360, and D.A.S.H.

I use Mistral, easy to use, easy to customize, lots of self-determined variables you can make to track info.
been using it since summer of 99.
Another nice thing is the invoice you set up is what prints out, you don't need special invoices with blank areas.
I need to use my my data offline so an internet based software is not practical for me.

I used to use on called Carpet Runner, wonder if its related to Client Runner.
