I used mine for the first time yesterday.

2 by 7 wool runner. Didn't really look that soiled at all.
We Sanitaired it front and back then ran the Rug Badger over it for about 3 minutes.

So much dry soil came out the first time that I swept it up and did it again...

In the end this came out of a "clean rug"..

That's an indication as to why the on-location "rug specialist" is considered a total hack by actual rug specialists.

Do yourself a favour.

After you have cleaned it, and the rug is dry, run the Badger over it again.

You will be surprised at the fines that fall out.

Ooroo,

You will get more once you hook up a vac to the vac port and you will find your shop cleaning area or what ever you call it will stay a lot cleaner also.

PS Your supposed to take the white stickey paper off the shiney stuff dumbo...

PPS (Sorry CL) show those bags of fines to your clients when they pick up their rugs. We got alot more rugs of theirs to clean because they didn't look dirty and they left them home.

Most people who own rugs just don't have one, they got lots..

PPSSS dumb shit you don't want to piss the Randy man and Great OZ off, They can even make a rug sucken hack like you almsot look like you have an inkling on what them ther rugs are too..

Yea it's pretty amazing.

When we first got our we pulled a few rugs off the clean rack and hit them with the badger and showed the guys how despite being cleaned by us there was still soil trapped in the rug.

Love the badger!

I have used and yes it always gets more out than extraction can. Guess that is why they call nonwater-soluble contamination. Better than a vacum on the back of the rug or hitting w/stick.

Compressed air removes the smallest particles best, agitation removes heavier particles best. (Yes, rug cleaning nuts have done comparisons.)

Smaller particles are more easily removed than heavy particles during a normal wash process, agitation is faster than using compressed air and dust containment is easier, so if you had to choose one, agitation is usually it.

Air breaks up compacted soil in foundations faster and more efficiently.

I’d love to add compressed air to the mix but I’ve got an auto detailer across the street, a sign painter to the right of me and residential homes to the left
