Recently we cleaned a shower and there are a few "spots" that the client isn't happy with. Its a natural stone shower. We used oxyblaster to clean it and it cleaned up well but these spots wouldn't come out. She reviewed the dry tile/grout prior to sealing and was happy but is now having buyers remorse and showing more concern for these spots that were not removed in the cleaning.

Is there a product or process that works well for removing stains from grout lines? Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks

Sorry I wasn't clear on the issue - the stains are in the grout lines and not on the stone itself. I agree that the enhance sealant would be awesome for the stone itself but i'm trying to figure out how to improve the grout line stains specifically.

Did you qualify The job with the customer before the with realistic outcomes?

I will say you should try not to use oxyblaster on natural stone as many here have stated that it has or can etch natural stone.
