Yesterday I started going thru the Aerotech and started to replace wear items. I am starting under the truck with the universals then I will replace the belts, replace diaphragm in chemical pump and pump out.

Most companies (including my own) don't have enough preventive maintenance . . .

Notice the grease fittings on the new universals (only a few minutes to add lube)

It has to be done . . .

Good planning.

P.S. Winter is also a good time for descaling any water HX's.

Every 2-3 years we change our pillow blocks. Too cheap not to change.

Also I am sure ron cleaned that excess grease off the bearing as it will accumulate dirt and eventually fly into the belt and then to both pulleys.

I took my hoover conquest apart today and cleaned out the hair around the brush roll. Vacuumed out the motor and cleaned her up.

Why did it do that?
The Kleenrite tools I used for 40 years had an internal hose connection in the cuff, HydraMaster chose to go with the hide a hose style cuff. If you are working around the different side of a sofa and the hose gets hung up on anything, the plastic hose can crimp or fold over on itself.
