John - If you are looking to get into insurance restoration work then Steamatic would be a good choice if you are not opposed to franchises. As Franchises go, they have a competitive royalty (8-5%), good support, and most importantly they know their industry. Unlike other restoration franchises that are in the business of "franchising", Steamatic has been in the restoration business themselves and has done that type of work for decades.
