The program is cheap enough, but postage is not free.
I have an error rate so far of about 4%.
Meaning 4% of my mailing sent have come back to me for some reason or another.
This number might climb as 20 of them came yesterday, and the last mailings were over a week ago.
We can't do much about vacant.
Not sure why address can not be found, or no such number.
The data comes from listed phone numbers with addresses.
My guess is some do not get mail delivered to their house, instead a PO Box.
Perhaps, I will just stick with certified mailing lists instead.
BTW, My Zillow way of getting addresses had an error rate of less than 1%.
