How often are you all getting a chance to dry wood floors? Do you have a lot of pier and beam houses in Kansas? We have mostly slab here so we almost always have to pull em. There is also a TON of glued down wood here. Very very rarely to we get one that is on pier and beam.

Several a month.

Nearly all of our clients are going to have finished basements. We live in tornado ally, gotta get your ass under ground or it gets blow away! :winky:

Slab homes in these parts are generally starter homes or low income here. Neither are our clients.

In my own home we have nearly the same sq/ft finished in the basement as the main level. 2 bedrooms, family room, game room and bath, laundry & the rest is unfinished storage. 10 foot ceilings down there too!

Damn! Jealous....

You get to extract the basement AND dry the hardwood

Must be nice

The only ones we get with wood that's NOT on slab are usually old old lower income houses with 3 layers of flooring and they waited till it's buckling to make a claim
