Swamp Cooler Surprise

The Olefin glue down in the office at my Marine base had about four spots reappear when they cranked the swamp cooler this week.
They say it happens every year.
I cleaned it about three months ago with HWE and nothing came up afterwords.
7 years old over concrete, 25 average humidity.

They're known for throwing grease. Possibly some one spotted with something and the moisture is causing a reaction?

Living in the desert southwest I've cleaned thousands and thousands of houses with swamp coolers. Did 3 of them today as a matter of fact.

Swamp coolers and mystery spots are as common as phone calls requesting pricing info.

The most important thing to remember when cleaning houses with swamp coolers is always, always, always (I know this is going to sound weird but it works every time)
