I'm a contractor that cleans hospitals (95% VCT) so I only really have buffers and burnishers. Recently we picked up an account (cafeteria) that has 24" tiles with grout in the public area, and bricks with grout in the kitchen (sealed).
The Manager told me that the public area is concrete, but I don't recall ever seeing concrete in tiles. The texture is actually clusters of small holes (or divots) that are filled with typical restaurant soil. Currently they scrub the entire floor with deck brushes and a degreaser. Can anyone recommend a method that would be effective on this type of floor?
An extractor of any variety is out of the question here. I'll probably have to rely on my old rotary to get the job done.
