That's a bargain. I'm surprised someone hasn't snatched it up. Even replacing the motor down the road, it's still a bargain. If I was living out in sticks like you, I would buy it. Just not so good for city life.

They build a home and sell so many tickets every year here. Proceeds go to building a new home and donate the rest. Tickets are about $250 and sell out same day.
