He said it's a per room percentage but we knocked the price down $70-80 already so I wouldn't think much.

He sure earned every penny, what ever it is

Not at all.

He needed five days to come back at me with a large selection of hotels, all thier details, thier offers and after I picked a couple we started counter offering.
He had at least 12 hours into our project

You would get far better attendance if it were at some sleazy strip club. I'd like to see some of the women who hang out here up on stage begging for dollars. Why you could always offer to clean the club for free for your demos. Clean the chairs, the stage, the VIP room and even the dressing rooms.
