a rug plant can be a good money maker. You are already providing a premium service. Price your rug cleaning appropriately and make sure you are charging for pu/del. or that it is factored in your rug price. I am charging lower prices than some of my competitors, mainly because I feel, despite my experience, I am still a hack at best, not having all the latest equipment. A fellow cleaner pointed out to me the other day, the customers don't know that and I am always getting rugs that have not been cleaned properly by the guys with all the right machinery. Take a rug course if you already haven't and just go for it.

We hired an excellent young man about a week and a half ago. I bought a low miles/hours '02 GMC 3500 Butler 45 blower. I might post some of the pics of how filthy it was when I picked it up in PA. I'm not sure it had been washed in 15 years.
