Seriously, just spray, wipe and leave? No residue, even on shiny tile? Works on ceramic, porcelain & stone?

Thanks, Mikey

We normally use an #8002 tip on a porous floor like in the video.

A nice feature of spraying the entire surface of even a relatively non-porous ceramic tile,

is that homeowner cleaning will be more effective with the neutral cleaner recommended by flooring manufacturers.

It would seem the largest amount of product used is sealing the tile not the grout. So does the sealer benefit the tile too or is that just the easiest way to seal the grout?

How much would you save in product if you only sealed the grout?

The sealer does prevent material from sticking to every tile surface, even ceramic.

It also makes cleaning easier for the customer.

At $33/gal. , not enough product saved to make up the labor difference.

We love to clean tile that we have cleaned and seal with larry ultra seal before. It feels similar to stealing money, I feel a bit dirty, charging so much for something so easy and so FAST!

You can literally just use water, (we do t because I am paranoid) but have tried water only at 950 psi and it always cleans up great. And of course if we hit it with a chem we have to reseal as we can't ensure we didn't remove the sealer previously applied. Even the tiles clean easier, it is literally a go as fast as you can move the turbo type of deal.

Please keel in mind that we apply 2 coats of ultra seal to every floor we seal.

Correction, Magic Wand's product is not the same..

When using on grout, do not allow contact with tiles. Although, when tested prior to application this product can be used on porous light colored stones. Even, Saltillo. Do not use on hard man-made non-porous tiles like Ceramic & Porcelain. On natural porous stones, apply liberally and squeegee excess using a tight "window washing type" squeegee.

Do most of you apply 2 coats of sealant as Mike does? We put so much down in one coat that it hardly seems necessary. Have any tests been done by anyone?

Do you recommend sealing a commercial Kitchen??

Looked at it today, 20 yrs old 6 inch quarry but they are tan.

Nasty grungy grout joints. Never been steamed. Gets mopped 3 times a day.

Don't want to rip them off if it wears off in a few months.

It's a Battered/Abuse center for Women.

Flex straight from HydroForce with soft brush for demo

Not in general, kitchens usually use bleach or other harsh chemicals that will eat sealer off pretty quick.
