I had this goofy ass guy filling out an application. Then I had him sign a form authorizing us to run a back ground check. So he says "oh you dont have to do that man, you know me! I'm a good dude. I had some stuff before, but that was like years ago, so i should be fine." I ran it just out of sheer curiosity and it lit up like a christmas tree. And not from along time ago!
