I think I might get one and see how well it does.

It would not be to replace our thermals but I'd feel much more comfortable sending the on call crew with a $200.00 unit vs a $12,000.00 one.

True, you can always use the big unit for start and final with someone who can replace it.

Looks too fragile for 200 might as well and spend another 100 or so and get the flir which appears to be a lot more robust.

Flir only works on those geeky iPhones.

The reviews are saying the Seek has a higher res than the Flir one as well.

Would be interesting to see how it works.
