Today's Kitchen Tile Job

First off I failed to get a before pic of this tile & grout floor (many years of multiple wax uses) I looked it up today and this building was built in 1876 however I'm not sure if the tile was original or not (I'm sure it wasn't). Zep's industrial degreaser, BoneSaw Stripper 175 with grit brush "many" circular patterns performed. Then dry and Cobb's Ultraseal.

It didn't come out 100% perfect but they were extremely happy!

Just curious.....did you consider trying an acidic "grout brightener" with agitation for those few area that had some dark grout staining?
Looks great and what a difference!
I can see why they were pleased with the results.
