Loved being able to checkout and run the units. 
I'd never met Rick before but as we talked he told me many years ago he used to build the machines at Prochem and then moved up to tech support. I couldn't believe it but I'd talked to him several times back then but never knew that his last name was Aranda.
Rick sure knows his units, he helped me me times over the years. He also said the 570 would be similar to the Prochem Performers we are running now. Same designer just updated technology.
