I did an estimate yesterday, I should have taken photos. It has a semi gloss shine to it and you can see drag marks all over where they have drug furniture across the floor. Spooky? What could I be getting into?

Anytime a product indicates a level of shines, it's a film forming product.

Almost never recommend for smooth interior TML

The scuff are the DuPont, since bought out by laticrete, coating sealer.

You need to strip, either chemically or mechanically that coating and proper refinish to get her to what her original goal was when she bought this product

Scott, I would suggest using a neutral cleaner, not alkaline. Use a 175 with a red pad to scrub, then dry with suction/rinse or a mocrofiber mop.

You may remove some sheen, but more likely you will even it out. Tell the customer first. Also, they should put something under the chair and table legs or they could scratch the stone.
