I have some van truckmounts, but I found a great deal on a truckmount in a trailer for a back-up. I have a truck to pull it. are these a hassle? Pros? cons?

for everyday use?
Yes

you ever pull around a trailer?
Getting in and out places is the major PITA factor.
especially in residential.
Less fuel mileage too when pulling a trailer compared to hauling the same load inside a van.
Harder on the vehicle drive train and brakes as well

as a back-up unit that sees limited use it would be fine.
But I'd never use one as "regular" set up
