My 360xl I bought on the auction here is getting ready to be shipped. Should I upgrade to 3/4 hp motor for 200$ or not? My truck mount is a boxxer 427.

Look at what you're charging for a basic clean now and see what a difference the brush head makes. Using the brush will take longer and you may need to do extra dry passes. Figure out what it is worth for your customer and charge it.

Great tool. Hope you get so much out of it. Glad @Rotovac yet again showed themselves to be a good service provider and honoured your upgrade. I have been ordering more from Rotovac. I am going to buy myself a DHX shortly. Not soon enough.

I hope they redesigned the Dhx ports and heads... Your dry times are going to suck or time on the job will increase... I grew up using the twin power head... While it worked most of the time, the middle gap where the wheel is positioned requires you to over lap it.. The rv360i is a better move and movement..

To each their own..

Already got 2 360i units. A mean grease eating machine wouldn't go astray.

Then why the DHS if you already use 360's?

inquiring minds want to know...
Pretty much...

I want ALL the Rotovac tools. I specialise in cleaning pieces of shit, rentals, 20 year old nylons, wool with coal dust and iron ore.

I don't know a lot about the politocs of the CC industry. I came too late. I only got serious in 2012 and a 360i in 2015.

But I have worked with machinery and devices my entire professional life.

Rotovac gets it. They uniquely make tools that push boundries.

Today I used my steam chamber on a nasty mattress and while the mattress will never be perfect it's very much better and it made the job very quick to do.

That's Rotovac in a nutshell their tools make my jobs much better and it makes them very easy to do .

The DHX unit offers the most intense agitation of all RJEs.

With all of the aforementioned nasty carpet so I cleaned I'd like one of these tools.

Another example of clever engineering that's been put together to make a difficult task much easier.

I am also in love with the little scrubby heads you can get for it . They don't do any extraction but they'll be ideal for scrubbing some hard floor surfaces and stubborn commercial glue down carpet.

Because I put the pillars of my business in place early on now I can afford to go back and have nice tools that I perhaps don't use quite as often but I still benefit from.

I think I will use DHX a lot though.

The BH head allows for less water usage. Everything happens quicker and at lower pressure

Brush head has Game Changer status.

Rotovac needs to borrow from the success of the brush head and make a new head using the brush block, no vacuum shoes and a top mounted spray system like the tile head has and call it the "encap head".

They have the drive block....

I know of a guy who bought a tank from JonDon and mounted, and just fed the tube down somehow into the cover and has done encap.

Bet it wouldn't take much to make a shower feed if a person really wanted....

This video was using the half horse motor by the way....

Kinda crazy to be using a $2500 Rotovac to replace a $500 175rpm buffer that you probably have in the van. Only guy I know that is that maxed out for space in his van not to carry a 175----Saiger oops probably Mikey too, oops probably Pigfarmer too because of his bed in the back...
