Man, is it nice to have an in-line filter again. No more clogged APO or crap to clean up when I dump.

Barely any restriction at all. When I hook up the filter, there Hg increase is less than one on the gauge.

I already had holes drilled in the bottom of the stainless mesh basket, but they were way too small. I drilled a bunch of large holes and man, what a difference. All the crap balls up at the bottom and the airflow remains excellent.

If you don't have the holes drilled in already, do it. You can get a lot more work done without changing your panty hose.

It shore nuff do make the difference. and it is so easy to maintain. I just went to a true 2 in inlet and before I hook up it is so easy just to look into the 2 in opening and you can see if the sock needs changing or not.

The pics aren't any different than Jim Martin's.

When I saw his, I knew I needed to drill bigger holes in the SS mesh filter.
