i'm trying something different than Dyson...can't replace the brush roll and belt yourself. but it has saved me hundreds in vac bag replacement.

my 17" Conquest works fine but is a dust ball.

anyone try a Lindhaus? i'm going with a bag for awhile and see how it goes. 5000 rpm brush roll seems the way to go on CGD. :?:  :?:

thanx --- Derek.

i only like the dust-cups like the ones on the Dyson or Bissel Clearview...they're easier to empty IMO.

but like anything, you have to keep on them for them to remain clean. i don't, so mine are pretty filthy... is 1 small reason why i am going to try bagged for awhile.

thanx --- Derek.

To the guys that run a Dyson, do have problems with the brush clogging up with carpet fiber?

I have a yellow Dyson that I use at my home and I have to cut the carpet fiber out of the brushes about once a month. Could be that I just have really crappy carpet in my house.
