Had a floor with multiple coats of wax that had been on for years....pre soaked with stripper, used 3m pad, had to cut with 120 resin to get all the coatings off...when you're bidding a wax job double what u normally charge;)...

Very impressive......great job!
How many stripping did you do before use the low speed with 120 grit?
Did you have any issues with the baseboards and the stripping solution?
I would think that $3-4.00 per sq ft would barely be enough for such a difficult jod.

Depends on where the job will be done. Chicago is expensive, prices starting from $0.25 up to $0.45 per square foot.

WOW.....,how did you protect those base boards?
It's hard to believe that the house manager would go for finish instead of a 3000 polish......that floor looks like it belongs in an outhouse not that beautiful mansion!

I charged $3 a ft because it was empty and I liked the people....$4 would have been more reasonable...we use tape n drape for baseboards but warn them ahead of time, stripper will eat thru it and show photos...
