I have lived and worked with quite a few people suffering from severe depression, schizophrenia and bi-polar issues. The weird thing is, the ones you thought were at risk for taking their own lives didn't. The ones who seemed like they wouldn't, did. Mental illness manifests itself in many different ways. Our industry is no different from the rest of the world. Just be a little kinder to each other and don't take things too personally. It's not always all about you, Taco, think of your friends and family and forgive and forget.

I know I have to be more sensitive to the weak people of the world.

Damn, at times it's such a burden being MIGHTY. :winky:

Been thinking about this video a lot since I saw it. I needed that. Thanks. The assholes have been getting to me lately. I need to unplug a bit.

FB is what you make it. Hide the negative people from your timeline or delete them altogether. Post positive things. I run a support group for people going through divorces and I post a lot of positive, encouraging things for them trying to make their healing easier. Be the change, man...

    I understand.

He was clearly very, very unwell. I spoke with him a few weeks back. He waa at a camp grounds somehere.

I pleaded with him to go to the hosptial. Just to get looked over.

I acknowledge the impossible position you were in.

But i'm a little hurt by the comments (my problem). My wife was self harming and even implied she might harm our child. But in it all I have to remember she is very ill. Sickness happens to us, its not voluntary, even if it seens to be.

My condolences to Tatiana and their kids.

I'm not not suggesting it is voluntary nor am I coming from a place where I lack experience or empathy with the issue.

I just couldn't let Mike keep posting that we/Mike could have done something or the "if he only had a friend" and "he was harmless" bs continue without injecting some fn reality.

I'm sorry about your wife but I'm sure there are occasions that require you to speak very frankly about her condition.

You seem to be one of the few that realize how bad off this kid was....Mike still doesn't.

It's hard to get close to someone who always keeps a hand grenade in his pocket.
