My Marine base got in a pinch and ran out of time to get a unit cleaned..

Not floors, rather..

A refrigerator separate freezer, over, 2 terlets, shower, 9 ceiling lights, counters, blinds, cabinets etc..

Took me six hours for this two bed, 1.5 bath unit.

Way harder work than anything a carpet cleaner has to do at 1/4 the income on average..

Way more chemical inhalation too.

Guess what, Im really good at it though.

No crap...its what I do all the frickin time. But i like the work. It may be 1/4 the revenue but bottom line across board, hourly take home is often same. Window Cleaning is definitely a huge winner when it comes to cleaning.

Would've done it for you guys when Paula asked me.. but already had full days of work booked.

Glad ya was able to do it.

When I first started my business and the economy crashed, I was cleaning rental move outs for a prop manager. That work was miserable. I hated it but it helped pay the bills.

Mikey's an idiot if he's not sending that kind of work to a janitor company. I have 3 different people I network with when my customer asks for that kind of work

Similar to the old days of doing smoke clean up.

Clean and polish everything... Some restoration cleaning too...

I don't miss it!

It takes Genny 8 to 10 hours on a normal move out. Not including carpet.

Some if these units have been lived in for 4 to 5 years without being cleaned.

With out janitorial accounts, we refuse to do any kitchen cleaning. No microwaves, no fridges, no ovens...
That's why commercial is way easier than residential. Trash cans, vacuuming, dusting, windows, mopping. All easy.
