I got the swivel head stair cleaner, from Powrflite I think. Works well, vacs well, and the swivel head helps with the risers. I think it looks more professional than trying to wrassle with a full size wand. I'm sure a G Glide would improve it's already good performance.

That's how I used to clean stairs except I was using a Prochem 4 Jet.

When I needed extra detail I broke out my Prochem uph. tool.

Other guys thought I was nuts, but I never had an unhappy customer that complained about their steps.

thanks all

we use a Ti wand to clean the steps most of time.
It's a PITA to clean the risers with though.
also, in tight spots it's unusable.
we've been using an upl tool or hand tool for those situations and for detailing when needed.

i just bought a Greenie stair tool.

30 inch 2 jet PMF shorty stair tool.

Clean the risers from bottom to top, clean the steps top to bottom.

Takes about 5 minutes average.

PLUS it can be used to clean under beds, desks, etc.

I like a versatile tool that can be used for different purposes.

I've got an old UT-40 I'm gonna sell, I loved that wand but it's time to serve another master.
