When Changing Oil In The TM......

Remember to close the drain valve BEFORE filling up with new oil. I checked the dip stick after dumping in the oil, and it read 1/2 a quart low.......I couldn't see the valve from the side of the Genesis, and have to climb into the van to fill the oil. Fortunately, the new oil was colder, and flowed slowly.......I only lost a quart, and the drain pan was still under the drain.


I guess I need a vacation.......or the weekends off.

One of my first jobs when i was a kid was lube man at a Pontiac Dealership.....1st day on the job i forgot to put the oil filter on after removing it....at least we could find where i parked it when i was done......
