Drains a 3.5 quart blower in under five minutes
You using air compressor for it to work?
Yep, but the hand pump works well too
I just worry bout any sludgy oil at the bottom that possibly gets left behind with removing oil that way?
One of gearboxes on my vans has no sump plug so I remove the speedo sensor and drain oil through that instead of from the top
Id imagine you can do that every once in a while to give it good flushing.
Yup. Makes it clean and easy.
I use the electric 12v jabsco, too easy and quick too.
Isn't there a drain hose?
Never have seen a blower that held 3.5 qts. of oil
Never seen drain hoses on a blower, other than on modern ATs..
Steamway was doing it (blower and engine) when you were a mosh pit moron at the pUnk rock café
My WM has them on both blowers.
Vortexes are equipped as well, this guy must not get out much.
My Vortex did not have hoses.
Yes, but that is for the pump, not the blower.
but yes convernient
No two exactly alike in that era.
CDS units have drain hoses that exit behind the passenger seat. Anyone that has an older unit with a drain hose should check and replace if it gets stiff. It can crack and drain your blower while you're working.
My white magic pro 1900 had convenient drain hoses on everything. Cat, blower and engine, take notes other manufacturers
