Here in the Carson Valley you have the whole gamut when it comes to financial demographics.

Minimum wage renters in apartments, a few mobile home parks where a nice one costs 80k (450k in Santa Cruz) loads of middle class young families in affordable 3/2s and the very rich 2nd and 3rd homes, horse ranches and land barons.

I've done my networking and have established a presence.
Today is the first step into the "high end".. actually tuesday and wednesday too, it's a whopper..

Stone floors, counters, shower, upholstery, wall to wall and rugs..


and a husband who knows where I want to be..

Just had to keep up the Pailliotet's .....

Private lake in the background....

Got lucky getting into here in the morning before the frost went out of the road....

Should have seen that mudded up pretty van by the time we got out after this job.....

MUD everywhere....That van Looked like a 4x4 at a mud fest when we got back out!

Took the pics of some of the places of the road coming in in the morning...needed 2 hands to drive on the way out....
