Here in the Carson Valley you have the whole gamut when it comes to financial demographics.
Minimum wage renters in apartments, a few mobile home parks where a nice one costs 80k (450k in Santa Cruz) loads of middle class young families in affordable 3/2s and the very rich 2nd and 3rd homes, horse ranches and land barons.
I've done my networking and have established a presence.
Today is the first step into the "high end".. actually tuesday and wednesday too, it's a whopper..
Stone floors, counters, shower, upholstery, wall to wall and rugs..
and a husband who knows where I want to be..
