The majority probably earn more. I live in an area loaded with medical professionals and people at the top of the ladder in major corporations. There are a few poor old ladies living on social security who call. It's amazing though when you get out in the rural areas how many farmer types are out there driving $70,000 trucks and living in dream homes.

probably 85% of my clients are retired...own custom homes that are way oversized for them.....for most of them ...this is their summer home and has a winter home someplace else...
the paintings on there walls are worth more then I have...

the other 15 percent...if they do make more then I do it is not by much...nice...cookie cut homes...working-class neighborhoods...a bit more down to earth than the other 85%...

I use the Baconator scale for my metrics.

1. Will they pay me with Baconators
2. Will they be loyal to the Baconator and not try and substitute payment with a BigMac
3. Will a Baconator be left on the kitchen counter for me if they are not home.
4. Willing to pay with three or four Baconators
5. Don’t need Baconator reminders or use round patties.
6. Like minded Baconator giving friends.

Most of my customers probably earn way more than me. They are millionaires and billionaires. I don't target any of my customers. Most are referrals or come from the interweb.

Mine are all over the place and I have no clue how much the average makes.

floor cleaning mostly commercial
window cleaning 99% commercial
flooring repairs/installs residential

most of my repairs people are most like better off since they're retired and they had very nice homes. some are for pm's so they can be rougher rental repairs

Well, since all the priests I work for have taken the poverty vow, they say I make more than them. Course they get housing supplied just like military. So I guess we’re even Steven or Stephen:lol:

Should be obvious..
Howany nice homes get foreclosed on. How many living simple with big bucks in stocks.

I don't judge on appearances. And I don't ask.

I charge the same prices to all and often the ones in the nice neighborhood don't call back but the littlr old lady in the sheck says is that all.

What’s your best targeting approach?

High price?

If someone is in a lower to middle class and will pay your premium price do you service them?

Is just being the highest priced guy how you get these clients or do you just market to higher end zip codes with direct mial?

Ps the Mayor in Lancaster had 1.4 million dollar house here on S Cruz well both of 5-6 mil.

100 lawyers work at his law firm!

He’s owns a firm in Laguna and a house down there too!

His wife calls how much for a chair and sofa?

Did she mention it’s a 12 foot custom couch?

And two silk chairs?

No!

Not all rich assholes spend money!

But, there are a lot of good people who appreciate a good service and will tell people about it!

I think some people walk-in to a situation and actually believe it’s because they’re so amazing things worked out the way they did!

And not that they just happened to be in the right place any the right time!

Unfortunately these types never count they’re blessing, because they blessed themselves!
