Almost non existent for us..
I’ve got one that still refers me.
I'm sure they just want to sell more carpet instead of clean it
Isn't that why polyester was introduced?
2 of my local dealers refer the work to me
Now explain to me why you would think a high PH prespray would leave a residue and resoil?
Is it the school system down there that teaches this?
The one retailer that still actively refers me loves Smart Strand.
Which puts me in a tough spot.
Something tells me you don't need any help in that department...
I don't think that. I'm more concerned about a super high ph making the carpet crispy if it isn't correctly rinsed
Leave us red necks alone!
I work for a few around here but it is usually to pull their bacon out of the fire after their over zealous salesmen over sell the cleanability and wearability of a carpet.
one tried the throw me under the bus.
I am lucky....small town...small town attitude....
I am recommended by all the locals quite a bit....
They even sometimes talk people out of buying new carpet and recommend them trying us first.....
Not retailers...their installers do..they do more sweet talkn..
We have 3 that regularly referr us. And a few others once in a while.
Once Yelp came out, people stopped asking the retailers who is best.
When I knocked on the doors of my retailers...I pulled the Steve Toburen speech to them and reeled them in like a catfish chasing a liver
Crispy because of high PH makes no sense
We have two that still refer us
That appears to be true in my experience as well.
That speaks more to the lack of credibility that flooring centers (especially big boxes) have than anything else.
How would you know? All you do is buff carpet with diapers.
