Obviously, the truck driver is at fault, crossing over a solid line at the last minute but those cyclists are dumbasses to be on the highway in the first place. What the hell did they think was going to happen? Natural selection at work.

Both are at fault. The cyclist did not check that the lane was clear before changing lanes. And the truck driver passed on the right which is illegal as well as crossing a solid white line.
Cyclist is really lucky he didn't get chewed up by the back tires

He didn't change lanes he was riding the line that continued on the highway. The truck was in an exit only lane and attempted to get back on the highway at the last minute

A new lane was opening up beside him after the interchange.

On a serious note. The truck was clearly at fault.

Legally, the truck was no doubt at fault. In the real world, obviously the cyclist is an idiot.
Bicycles are awesome. And they make sense in the city. Often times I see them rode by self centered fools with no regard for themselves or others. When you are that small of a minority on the road you are in the wrong.

That idiot was asking for that to happen. Begging for it actually. That truck was simply there as an answer to prayer.

Jackass cyclists and jackass motorists everywhere.. When I'd ride my street bike, I'd ride fast and out of traffic.. It's the idiots who weave in and out that are the biggest crybabies..

I see this scenario all the time around here and it will just as easily kill someone in a car or on a motorcycle. Provided there are not rules in Russia against riding on this highway the cyclist did zero wrong.

Some of you guys have issues
