We don't lower prices anytime accept for our Bear Tracks Rewards Programs we offer. No specials here for now. Winter usually is slow but last two years not so bad wishing for a repeat or better winter. Not starting off to bad though so far if booked work doesn't reschedule or cancel.

We do step up marketing a little though to offset winter time.

Last year we ran a sale to our existing customers. Clean 2 rooms get the third room cleaned free. We had a record January. We will be sending out that same sale in the next couple days. Last year January and February were awesome months because of the sale.

I'm with T,
I refuse to go any lower than $10 a room,
I have a reputation to think of.

I have had really good Jan. and Feb. the last 3 years by sending my custys a 15% off. They know its the only time I do it so many jump at the chance.

We don't, but if it would actually bring in winter work I might consider doing it.

I see a lot of business that run seasonal specials to keep their crews busy. (remodeling, windows, air-conditioning)

Tough part about it here is a lot of people just won't clean until the snow and rain are gone. :(

I am definitely busier than I was last year at this time
however the weather has been great in comparison.
I have given 15-20 % off deals and it has helped.

Dave, Awesome idea and thanks for the input from everyone.

Best of luck to everyone until SPRINGGGGGGGG!!
