2nd shift.
We do far better in buildings, even at a lower sq/ft rate we are able to cover much more sq/ft per hour and be in one spot not all over town chasing minimum's.

But in our smallish market we just don't have enough work to solely do commercial.....well...ok....we just haven't been effective enough at selling it. :icon_redface:

Primary residential cleaning 8 to 5, running a second shift 3 days a week on residential 8 to 5 cleaning. I don't work nights, I have 4 to 5 stops a day 6 days a week 52 weeks a year. When we do 2 shifts that increases to 8 to 10 stops a day. 31 jobs last week. with a $187 job avg.

Might be our best week ever!

I also took Saturday off praise God!
and passed on a couple same day calls!
