Youtube Parking

When I upload a vid to youtube, youtube gives a couple options of the screen shot that will appear as the vid is parked. Usually they are not the ones I want.

Is there a way to select a different screen shot?

They only give you those options.
However you can edit your video so your choice shots are around these time frames.

They change the timing every now and then. It has been a while since I last did this so it may be different now.

Divide the video time (in seconds) by 4= 1st image timing
Times that number by 2 for the 2nd image choice
Or times the first image timing by 3 for 3rd image choice

Example
A 100 second video

Step 1
100 seconds divided by 4= 25 (1st image timing)

Step 2
25 X2= 50 (2nd image timing)

Step 3
25 X3= 75 (3rd image timing)
