    is the roof heated now? or what steps have you taken to manage snow build up? Or not usually an issue I would think.

    Nice refurb! I don't know the plumbing codes out there, but around here that P&T relief on the water heater would be required to be plumbed through a wall or the floor to the outside.... Presumably to avoid scalding someone if it were to pop off.

    they will be installed at about a 30-38 degree angle so snow buildup will be unlikely.
