The head was getting a little wobbly. It happened a while back so I checked the 6 bolts that hold the slide mount to the head. I pulled them out expecting to tap them out. It turns out there are 2 locating pins that are loose and had completely disappeared into the slide. The slide mounts holes are to deep or the pins to short. I glued them into the head problem solved.
