This oscillating pad machine is in almost brand new condition. Used about 15 times to dry clean carpets in a residential environment. Produces outstanding results! Deep cleans carpet fast and leaves it dry in as little as 45 minutes.
It is also a very versatile machine and is excellent for cleaning/polishing wood floors and cleaning tile and grout. I also discovered that it beats all the dry soil out of oriental rugs before pit washing! Fantastic machine!!
