Thanks again for all the comments.

He got back to me today and is looking for $1300 for everything. Which doesn't seem bad to me at all, the vans a 2006 with 120k and a new trans. It's not going anywhere anytime soon.

Last time I spoke with someone(not him) guy wanted $800 just for a logo on 3 sides.

Yea, I thinking about changing a few things, I agree about the website on the banner(orange part) but this is a pretty cool start. Maybe have: carpet, tile, uphl etc one the banner.

Your phone number is almost important as your company name. So, remember that when you size your number.

That depends on who you ask.

Many companies have no numbers of their trucks at all, just their logo and message while others have it in not so large letters on the door. A short, easy to read url is another matter. YMMV. How it fits into the entire package is very important.

The trucks I see with just a very large name, with or without a logo. Are very large, well known national firms with multible trucks. The Potential clients already know who they are and how to get hold of them.

That's actually what our lettering/design guy said. It's more likely someone remembers daves carpet cleaning.com than 756-876-1234.

I agree to a point. Id rather they call then go to my site.

Anyways, you guys think $1300 is about right for something like this?

$1300 seems like a good price especially if it also include time for the art work. You might want to think about having some of the lettering reflective. Perhaps your name could be blue (or whatever) Reflective. I don't think black reflective works well.

Black reflective looks white-ish when lights hit it. I've used it before and it looked really good. When I redo my box truck I'll use the reflective black with it. Right now only part of the logo is reflective and it's red, the rest of it is in non-reflective black. I've had my box lettered nine years and it still looks great except for the scratches from tree branches. The 3M reflective is the best. I was told to expect about 5-6 years before it started to give, but no problems yet.

A good vanity number is good to have on your truck, but an easy to remember url can get them to your landing page with a "click to call" action. There are a lot of smartphones out there.Consider which is easier 762 434 2564 or gotclogs.com

When you see my website from a mobile screen it has a click to call action at the top.

Not everybody is going to be able to jot the number down.

Looks real nice coop..

Before the hands free cellphone law I use to get calls from cars behind or next to me all the time. Almost none now.

I think the biggest think is to build your brand, phone and web will get you traffic, but soon even if only running one van, you will hear.. I see your vans all the time.

It is a good price and do put a phone number. Silly not to.
Most people anyhow will not remember your url by heart, so if they have to write down your url they may as well have the phone number.

Bad lighting/small pic, its actually pretty readable going down the road, just offering it up as an example.

I like what Doc says and the new idea too...The crossed wands give the effect of a big X across the name..Not a good impression
