At ten months in, I'm starting to see a good amount of repeats.

They were all iBH'd the first go around.

Just a good wanding is all it takes on the second visit..

for the same price.

Hopfully on the third visit they wont even be home..

For a slightly higher price.

The yellow one is mine..

10 months and repeat??

Just how much resoiling residues did you leave there that they need to do it again in TEN months???????

Mikey.....Mikey... you better check your rinse or your water flow.

I recently had to face a couple of jobs that I have done personally. It actually made me think that being "too good" can be a curse...sort of.

The carpets looked so good in a year compared to previous cleanings that they simply say: no we don't need to clean- it still looks so good.

I stopped by to look and shake hands and couldn't believe how well they were holding up.

When ever I see another company pull into my neighbor hood I drop to my knees and say thank you god for keeping me out of that damn fools house. I hate my neighbors

I really don't like to deal with neighbors. I never offer them services. I like the people...but don't like the follow up routine: can you just touch this up? Can you look at this spill we just had?

We sell them on the fact that a carpet/fabrics act like filters in the environment. The dust you see in the light ends up in the carpet, then the dust mites, then the waste product from dust mites...smaller things that break down that waste... and when you step on the carpet you create little tornados that you breathe in. If they have dogs or cats we talk about the oils in their fur that gets transferred to the carpet and the bacteria that likes it... that dog smell isn't the dog, it's the waste from the micro organisms breaking down the oil.
Most of our repeat Clients have clean looking carpets. :eekk: If the Carpet Grew it... Time to Call Pruitt! Makes them think.

I think Rick knew it was none of the above... Valpak... no. He wants you to tell us poor slobs how you conquered your new home town so quickly. I would like to know as well since this is my mission very soon. :dejection:
