Not at all. Flushes and dries great and gets around toilets most of the time.Quad head is only 11 inches wide..........pitiful
Good pointor just buy the new Sapphire 12" titanium....
They still make portables?IMHO possibly the 12" quad is best wand for portables.
The "heaviness" allows it to maintain better contact with the carpet and it sure is made to last.
It's not the size of the tool that matters but the skill of the technicianIt's 11 inches wide not 12
You better ask your wife about that. It's not the size of the tool that matters but the skill of the technician
or just buy the new Sapphire 12" titanium....
this week at my supplier I fondled a West Pak 2" tube 12" wide 4-jet in titanium soft touch valve. Excellent fit and finish and oh so light.
At $1185 , I would say no,
and buy one of these two Titanium wands for $749 or $1099:

Another good choice at a lower price.
The only good thing about a unglided wand is no overspray
Sorry if I wasn't clear. That wasn't my wand. That was from a FB post where a guy was complaining that the quality of Prochem has tanked since merging with Legend Brands. I personally disagree. Sometimes shit just happens. You must be incredibly rough on stuff. lol
My guys are rough too but never broke one. We've been using PC wands for decades. Only problems we ever had were wear items. Valve repair or solution line is about it. We do use Greenglides but we vacuum prior to cleaning.
Prochems break also. Just stick with a Dev wand, all will be okay.

I'm not shocked that you're selling that pos dang wand, but disappointed.
It's loaded with flaws that you'll soon find out about.....
All of the wands I have tested have flaws.
I still have the Devastator Swivel !
Powder coating??? No no no. That's spray paint coating. So you're ok with an under sized vac tube being used and the gap filled with heat shrink rubber?
And your ok with rivet heads in the vacuum tube?
And too man undersized bearing crammed in the races?
And the inner swivle collar being welded to the head?
And the assist grip not staying put on the undersized tube?
And the garbage powder coating?
And garbage anodizing?
And many if not most, vac tubes are recycled from failed warranty wands?
