I have often heard complaint about Stanley, but I reply by suggesting that is isn’t the equipment, it is the individual technician who may be inexperienced, or rushed.

Great. Now they can leave the carpets even wetter than usual. Three day dry times just increased to six. In my area SS is horrible. They just don’t have powerful enough truckmounts to run zippers.

Clean trucks, uniformed employees, parking cones and updated equipment

Not to mention a strong online presence and marketing program

They have a ton more going for them than 90% of the bozos in this racket
