not often enough.

They should be cleaning every 6 weeks rather than 6 months.

Their vacs are tortured as well.

Vaccums in restaurants just after time are just removing the crumbs off the top!

All the grease up... No way getting some of those soils out

I don't because my residential customers have those bagless walmart vacuums, and I have no way of ordering belts and filters, nor am I going to go by the walmart and look for parts in the vacuum section. Waste of time

No but you can check it for them. Make sure it working and check to make sure that tube is not clog or suggest new filter for optimal suction..etc

If I was big enough to stock common belts, bags, beater bars, etc. I would consider it.

Inspecting, ordering parts at home, return trip needed....sounds awful.

I've found out that many people don't even own a vacuum. Especially those with animals.

where the hell do you live, Mars?

I have unfortunately also run into a few that do not have a vacuum....

One place the lady of the home was using the Shop Vac the morning we arrived on her living room

Talk about a sand pit mess!
We vacuumed I swear for an hour!

I am not sure how much sand we left in that carpet after done....we even used a Rotary....was a mess!

I've had jobs where they haven't vacuumed in what looked like years, usually the vac was broken or clogged so they gave up but none that I can recall that were without..

Student rentals rarely get vacuumed. We insist that customers have those pits pre-vacuumed or we will charge a lot to do it.

I was taught to do that back before plastic vacs became so popular. I like your idea but I could buy a brand new sanitaire for less than the 230 you are charging.

Mikes Vacuum Repair, ummm we also clean carpet too.
Cross merchandising at its best.

When I was younger I wanted to open a place called “Rydelly’s Deli and Aircraft Parts”. It would have been a big hit.

Yes, our commercial accounts that don’t maintain them, we do. Of course we also furnish vacs.

I love it when they make sure the vac is out in plain sight, as if they actually use it!!

And, I have spent longer unclogging them a few times than cleaning their "regularly vacumed" carpet. !!!

I must have sold 150 Sanitaires...
I tried selling this model. It’s light, powerful for the homeowner’s needs, no filters, quiet, has a cool light, and has attractive colors for the soccer Mom not to freak out if the guests see it

You’d think that if the person who takes care of your carpet suggests a certain model, than you’d take his opinion seriously. Obviously I failed.
