The little gremlin on the left is my fruitage with character. And the one on the far right is my 15yr old nephew on my wife's side that her sorry ass sister "lovingly" gave to us when she was too busy dealing drugs in the hood 12 years ago.

Looks like a carpet crew in the making. :winky:
I'd love for my business to be successful enough to be able to hand it down to them, but that's gonna be 25-30 years later when I'm in the retirement age.

It might be busy enough to be able to have 2 vans on the road in about 10years, so they could have their own route.

The 15year old wants to weld for a living, so he'll go to school for that, and if he doesn't like it, he'll always have a job. I don't know what my 9yr old wants to do yet

I think you should add area rugs. They are going to ask anyway. You can decline those you can't handle or work out an agreement to sub them to a rug cleaner you trust.
I would if there was a rug cleaner around my area. There's no-one around here that I can refer that work to. I do get requests, but people don't appreciate the price difference of full rug wash vs. on site cleaning.

What are the “bottles” attached to the wand down tube in the “carpet cleaning” picture?

You're the first to notice that, lol. I don't know. That's a stock picture that my web designer chose. I'm assuming its just a spotter bottle holder. The only pictures that are mine are the before/after pics.

The flipping photo he/she chose for the home page has what looks to be a circle stain on the commercial carpet. Right side of hall, you see that?

On one of my monitors the white writing (expectations and what's below it) is hard to see with the window in the background. On the other screen shows up fine.

To see a phone number I need to scroll down, I'm lazy, don't wanna scroll. Think about a phone number on the screen when the page loads(above the fold).

Holy crap! I see that also. I might invite him to this thread and see what can be done

Most of the time, people find my number before they even click on the website through google listing or facebook. I'll suggest it to him and see.

It might be a similar type of strategy that @ryankettering did on my truck's wrap. He wanted them to read the information and comprehend my business as a separate brand before they saw my phone number. I was very concerned also about that, but it's seemed to work out just fine

Big phone numbers are over rated. The 1980’s are over.
