Hope it gets better. Things are really super busy for me since I fired my assistant. Makes me wonder how many calls I was missing before.

I'm trying to figure out why we are so slow.
It does seem like people are waiting longer in between cleanings.
Some of our clients are moving, or breaking up.
We have alot of low end competition that can work below cost.
And I just did an audit on Super Agents--
Their closing rate was only 18% last week! Alot of calls are going to VM-- I can do that for free!
I might have to start taking the calls myself.

had the same problem a few years back when I was on the truck daily.
If your an o/o I recommend changing your voicemail. My solution was this
VM says usual greeting beginning but then "to schedule service, please visit our website at www.xxxxxx.com and fill out the form on the main page" , also it would say feel free to send a text message for the quickest response.
I made sure we had a solid capture form on the website and this actually worked really really well, the majority of calls that were missed would show name on caller id and then I would get their web form a few minutes later.
of course there is a breaking point where the time needed on the phone is just overloading and you cant keep up with it

As we know, when you "called me out" I have some pretty bad reviews. Nearly all of them from 1 employee who should have been fired. I choose not to. Perhaps my mistake, but he has changed and is getting better reviews.
We have gotten better since we got the 360ibh.
These might be some of the causes:
There are other companies with lower minimums.
We moved our office out of SF and into next town over.
Super Agents has taken on more customers, and our calls are going to VM, especially if they are short staffed.
Cost of living in SF is very high.
People seem to be waiting longer in between cleaning.
People are leaving SF or breaking up; being replaced by younger millennials who shop buy price alone.
We're looking at Plano Texas. Good schools.

My kids are in Keller/Southlake Texas. Great schools. Upscale area. McMansions everywhere and high income owners. They have In n Out Burger! Lots of Californians and their businesses are already there. My second choice and if I ever leave here, where I would go.

The company I hired, "Public reputation", ruined my web presence.
I'm Feeling like Saiger vs GM! And I'm going to be on them like "white on rice"!
The web designer thinks the stock photos are good-- but they are not our photos and they don' show the equipment we use.
We need to change those and I'll show him your post Fred.

It isn't as much the stock photos as a complete waste above the fold......pretty much everything you want people to know should be there

Ok, it's learn a little about Damon time. I was born in Ft. Worth and lived in Denton Tx. I am a huge fan of the show Dallas and have seen every episode at least 4 time from all 13 seasons. were dealing with kind of the same here, cost of living is through the roof.. real estate market is extremely low inventory. What is happening is the homes have so much value and have gone up so much in the last few years they are just replacing the floors with new because they get so much for their money on a small remodel when selling in this market.

Booked 8 jobs which was 100% closing rate of bonafide calls..Or 53% if you add the calls from telemarketers.
